Zander's Story

Zander Miller's journey into the automotive world started with a small vision at school where juggling 3x A‑Levels, a Business B‑Tec & 2 small not‑for‑profit businesses as a school project wasn't enough. Zander chose to spend his downtime building something different: a supercar club created purely from passion & enthusiasm. What started as “a bit of fun” quickly evolved into a highly curated community of high‑net‑worth individuals and true automotive enthusiasts.

In 2021, at just 18 years old, Zander founded the South Coast Supercar Club (SCSC).

The breakthrough came in 2022 at Clayesmore School, where Zander's third event welcomed over 1,000 guests and 170 vehicles. Rapid growth followed, and to support the rising scale and professionalism required, Aperta Events was formed — providing the infrastructure, governance, and production quality this new style of event deserved.

By 2024, the event had grown to 2,500 attendees and 600 vehicles with a guest appearance of an organised 10 minute spitfire display. That same year, aged 20, Zander was awarded Beaulieu Motor Museum's “Young Pioneer of the Year”, recognising his impact within the UK automotive events space.

In 2025, the Clayesmore event was successfully lifted and transitioned to Canford School, welcoming 3,500 guests and 750 cars, proving the model could scale without losing its soul. The event is now frequently compared, and often preferred, by its high‑net‑worth audience to very well attended multi‑day, UK events.
