This Policy applies to all Tickets, vehicle display passes, exhibitor bookings, hospitality packages and paid access products unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
1.1 All Tickets are sold subject to availability and are non-refundable, except as expressly set out in this Policy.
1.2 Once purchased, Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged simply because:
1.3 Tickets are personal and may not be resold for profit without our written consent.
2.1 Events of this nature are dynamic. Vehicle attendance, features, layout, timing, and programme content are subject to change.
2.2 No refund shall be due where:
2.3 The Event shall be considered delivered provided it is staged in a broadly comparable manner to that reasonably advertised.
3.1 Events proceed in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.
3.2 Weather conditions — including rain, wind, heat, mud, ground conditions or associated operational adjustments — do not entitle Ticket holders to a refund.
3.3 Reduced vehicle attendance caused by weather does not constitute cancellation.
4.1 If Aperta cancels an Event in its entirety and does not reschedule it, Ticket holders shall be entitled to:
4.2 Booking fees charged by third-party ticketing platforms may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
4.3 Aperta shall not be liable for:
5.1 If an Event is postponed to a new date, all Tickets shall automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
5.2 If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
5.3 Failure to request within that timeframe shall be deemed acceptance of the new date.
6.1 If the Event is cancelled, curtailed, restricted, suspended or materially altered due to Force Majeure (as defined in the Terms & Conditions), Aperta may, at its discretion:
6.2 No refund shall be due where the Event is partially delivered before disruption.
6.3 Aperta shall not be responsible for additional personal expenses incurred.
7.1 No refund shall be given where entry is refused or a person is removed due to:
8.1 Display passes and driver entries are non-refundable once accepted and confirmed.
8.2 If a Driver/Vehicle Exhibitor fails to attend:
8.3 Where Aperta declines a vehicle entry application, any payment made will be refunded in full.
9.1 Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9.2 If an Exhibitor cancels:
9.3 If Aperta cancels the Event entirely and does not reschedule, exhibitor payments may be refunded less non-recoverable costs already incurred.
9.4 No refund is due where the Event proceeds but trading conditions are affected by weather, footfall variation, or operational adjustments.
10.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: hello@apertaevents.co.uk
10.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 14–28 days via the original payment method where possible.
10.3 Aperta reserves the right to verify identity and payment method before issuing a refund.
11.1 Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Aperta to resolve a refund request may result in the matter being formally disputed.
11.2 Where a chargeback is found to be unjustified, Aperta reserves the right to recover associated administrative costs.
12.1 Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
12.2 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Tickets for specific date leisure events are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
13.1 This Policy may be updated from time to time.
13.2 The version in force at the time of Ticket purchase shall apply to that Event.
