The final and rarest version of the Testarossa line, the M standing for modificata. Fixed headlamps behind clear covers replaced the pop-ups, a lighter crankshaft and titanium con-rods lifted power past 440bhp, and with it Ferrari ended nearly a quarter-century of flat-12 road cars.
